Hotline TNT Announce Orlando Show Amidst Streaming Boycott

In a landmark moment for indie rock, **Hotline TNT** is making headlines with their upcoming tour stop in Orlando, Florida, just as the band continues to challenge industry norms. The alternative rock group, led by Will Anderson, will perform at The Social (54 N. ) on Monday, October 6, 2025, with a show that promises to deliver their signature wall-of-sound energy to fans, alongside support acts Toner and Deadharrie.

Tickets are available via foundation-presents. The tour comes in the wake of **Hotline TNT**’s decision to remove their music from Spotify, a bold move announced last month on their Instagram. The band cited ethical concerns with the streaming giant, particularly in light of CEO Daniel Ek’s war profiteering and ongoing exploitation of artists.

Anderson stated, 'The company that bills itself as the steward of all recorded music has proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that it does not align with the band’s values in any way. ' This action places **Hotline TNT** among a growing cohort of artists advocating for fairer treatment in the music industry and seeking alternative ways for fans to engage with their work. Since the release of their third album, *Raspberry Moon*, on Third Man Records this summer, **Hotline TNT** has been relentlessly touring, playing to packed venues across North America and preparing for a European run next month.

Anderson reflects on the band’s evolution: 'This album is just the latest step of evolution for the band. We had everyone working on it together this time. Still kind of the same beginning stages of me writing the demos by myself, and then we took it to the studio, and got everyone’s fingerprints on it, just kind of seeing where the songs take us.

Seems like it keeps getting better and better. ' The group’s sonic palette draws influence from legendary acts like Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, Teenage Fanclub, and Dinosaur Jr. , resulting in a dense, guitar-driven soundscape paired with catchy, emotive vocals.

Band members Philip Haylen Trammel, Lucky Austin Hunter, and Michael Thomas Ralston join Anderson in crafting what he describes as 'loud guitar music with catchy vocals. ' Fans in Orlando will not only witness **Hotline TNT**’s dynamic live show, but also participate in the band's ongoing campaign to support independent music outside mainstream streaming platforms. Anderson emphasizes, 'The biggest one is buying a concert ticket.

We’ve been doing laps around the country for three years. We went to Japan earlier this year … no real signs of us slowing down. I think the biggest thing is trying to go to see live music.

' The upcoming Orlando gig is expected to be a highlight, building on the band’s memorable previous visit where they experienced local culture and even rode the famed Hagrid roller coaster. Anderson adds, 'Anyone who’s reading this, well, I’ll see you in the mosh pit. ' For fans and newcomers alike, this show represents a unique opportunity to engage with **Hotline TNT**’s music in a direct, unmediated way, supporting artists who are taking a stand against exploitative industry practices.

As the band continues their journey, both on the road and in redefining what it means to connect with audiences, **Hotline TNT** remains at the forefront of a movement toward a more ethical and vibrant music culture. Don’t miss **Hotline TNT** live at The Social, Orlando, on October 6, 2025—tickets are available now at foundation-presents.
